3 Months 1:1 Programme

You are done with constantly living in your head, thinking about what you have to do next, worrying about letting other people down and trying to do it all and, you are ready to raise your self confidence so you can thrive in your career, but without the burnout. You are ready to develop your self worth so you can confidently set boundaries and priorities your own self care and needs without feeling guilty, so you can create balance in your life and have the time, energy and motivation to do the things you love.

 

This in itself is a big step and one we should just take a moment to celebrate!

 

My 1:1 signature programme is a proven approach to help you build your self worth and intensify your self-confidence so you can gain control of your inner critic, let go of people pleasing and create strong boundaries, to empower you to feel calmer, energised and more in control. 

We start by getting clear on your identify and exploring your values, your motivations and getting really clear on what is most important to you in your life. This then provides us with a solid foundation of what having a work-life balance means to you, how to start tackling imposter feelings and empowering you to let go of living in a constant state of stress and overwhelm so you have the time, energy and motivation to live life the way you want to. 

As a certified professional Life Coach, my approach is based on a combination of a range of tools and techniques, such as, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Psychology and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as well as bringing along my own personal experience.

Transformational Experience

 

My 1:1 coaching programme runs over a 3 month period and consists of: 

 

1 x 90 minutes deep dive

 

 

 

12 x 60 minutes sessions

We begin by getting clear on what a work-life balance means to you, identifying your values, strengths and motivations and building a clear vision of who you really are and what is most important to you, free from the limitations and self-sabotaging behaviours we can place on ourselves.

We will then identify what is fuelling your feelings of stress and overwhelm and focus on building your self confidence and self worth so you can show up as your true self and thrive in your career, whilst having the courage to create healthy boundaries and prioritise taking care of yourself and communicating your needs, so you have the time, energy and motivation to invest do the things you love.

Having someone there to hold you accountable and be there when things may get a little tough, is invaluable. 

 

In between session work

 

You will be provided with a range of activities to complete in between sessions to further develop, reinforce and support progress made during the sessions. Whether this is reflecting on our previous session, listening to a guided meditation to get you out of your head or trying a new approach to nudge you out of your comfort zone. During the programme, we will agree together what this looks like for you. 

 

Stress management and time management techniques

 

Life can often feel busy, trying to juggle so many roles and responsibilities throughout all aspects of our life. Plus, it isn’t always plain sailing, life can bring with it stressful events outside of our control. Whilst we may not be able to change these external events, we can change how we interpret and respond to them. During the programme you will learn a range of stress management and time management techniques, so you can reduce feelings of stress and overwhelm to feel more confident and in control of things, whilst having the resilience to better manage whatever life brings our way. Learn how to create boundaries, how to say "no" to things you don't want to do and how to schedule into your busy life time for yourself, but without the guilt. 

Online sessions

 

I know that when life feels so busy we often find to hard to find the time to invest in ourselves, so our weekly sessions will be held online via Zoom to enable you to use this time to gain the maximum outcome, whilst giving you flexibility and convenience to fit around your other commitments.
