I work with busy professionals to empower them to transform stress and overwhelm so they can thrive in their career and create balance in their life, so they have the time, energy and motivation to invest in the things most important to them. 

I offer a range of 1:1 personal development coaching programmes and corporate wellbeing and resilience training, depending on your requirements. 

I also work with schools and colleges as an Educational Wellbeing Consultant and Mindset Coach to get wellbeing working well and empower young people to develop their mindset, confidence and self belief to achieve their full potential.

1:1 Coaching Programme

My signature 1:1 coaching programme is designed to help you transform stress and overwhelm, to tame your inner critic and develop your self confidence so you can show up as your true self and thrive in your career, whilst establishing healthy boundaries and scheduling in self care without the guilt, so you to can create balance in your life and have the time and energy to do the things your love.

The programme consists of 12 weekly 60 minutes sessions run over a 3 month period. 

This programme is for you if you:

  • are fed up of feeling constantly stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted from trying to juggle your career against your family life and you want to have the time, energy and motivation to do the things most important to you.

  • want to let go of worrying about letting people down, what other people think of you or the fear that you are not good enough regardless of how hard you work and are ready to start feeling calmer, more confidence and in control. 


Foundation Stress Management Programme

Is there a particular event happening in your life that is leaving you feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Do you want to gain clarity on how best to handle it, develop stress and time management techniques and establish a plan of action that will help you move forward confidently? If the answer is ‘Yes’, the Foundation Stress Management Programme may be just what you are looking for. 

We will work together over 4 x 60 minute sessions. As this is a short intensive programme, our focus will be on a particular event that is creating your feelings of stress and overwhelm. 

Get clear on what you want the outcome to be, eliminate limiting beliefs that are leading to your stress and overwhelm and establish a plan of action with clear steps to help you move forward confidently.
